What is AlmtalSpirit?

A house in the very beautiful ‘Almtal’ (valley of the Alm), embedded between succulent green meadows, at the bank of the crystal-clear and rapid streaming ‘Schindlbach’, who is finding its way from the source in the surrounding mountains to the valley.

Situated at the foot of the ‘Kasberg’, where on the top you have a grandiose view on the high rising northflank of the ‘Totes Gebirge’as well on the fare-away summit of the ‘Großglockner’ and who shows himself, seen from the house, in a continually diffent form. In the middle of these wild but also gentle and especially beautiful and fairy-like mountainworld, in the most woody part of ‘Oberösterreich’, there is our house, where AlmtalSpirit wants to be a place of encounter. An encounter with your heart, your soul and your deepest self and where every visitor is envited just to be himself.

With each other we can here celebrate, work, laugh and cry, sweat and sing and percieve our solidarity with each other and nature that, with its creative spirits,  surrounds us. Here it is also possible to recieve change, healing of acceptation for the problems or blockades that prevent us to be the shining and fullfilled person that we truelly are.

In AlmtalSpirit we work with the help of shamanistic rituals, keltic celebrations, intense experience of nature, aura- and chakrahealing and regression- and reïncarnationtherapy. AlmtalSpirit is based on the tradition of the worldwide shamanism and espacially borrows a lot from the North-American natives, the shamans from Siberia, South-America, New-Sealand and Africa and from the Keltic culture. Besides that we owe a lot to our temporary teachers.

Together we will sit around the fire, drumming and singing, dancing and meditating or simple let the brook wash away our sorrows, figuratively or literraly. It is our intension, in AlmtalSpirit, to be there for our visitors, with an open heart and with the wisdom we gathered during our lives and in this way we hope it would be a place of beauty and strength.
